This website is operated by Totkind. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Totkind. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using our store

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.

3. Personalized products and your content

Our products are made to order using the names, text, photos and choices you provide ("your content"). You are responsible for checking your design in the live preview before ordering. We print what the preview shows.

By submitting your content, you confirm that you have the right to use it (for example, that you own the photo or have permission to use it) and you give us permission to use it only to make, ship and support your order. We do not use your photos in our marketing without your separate permission.

We may decline to print content that is unlawful, hateful, explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights, and refund the order in that case.

4. Product appearance

We work hard to make our previews accurate. Colors can vary slightly between screens and the printed ornament, and small differences in cut or print position are a normal part of the making process.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Production times, shipping options and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Email and text messages

If you sign up for our emails or texts, you agree to receive marketing messages from Totkind. Message frequency varies. For text messages, message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site, other than your content, belong to Totkind or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and some features of the site are powered by third-party tools. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totkind is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Totkind harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.
