We gladly accept cancellations. You must contact us within 1 hour of purchase to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to process your order, it is not possible to cancel.
Shipping Address: Shipping address changes must be requested before midnight (Los Angeles time) on the day you place your order. After midnight, your order is automatically transferred to our production facility and we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be modified.
Billing Address: For payment security reasons, Shopify does not support changes to the billing address after an order has been placed.
