We are transparent about our shipping costs and use a cost-based shipping rate. This ensures that you are never surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We take great care in packaging each order and treat every item as if it were our own.
We process orders Monday through Friday and aim to ship all orders within 5 business days from our warehouse.
Expedited shipping means that your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays, it may take the full 5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse due to high demand.
Production Time: 3 – 4 business days. Each of our products is handcrafted only for you, so the production time may be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
We offer First-Class Mail® Delivery.
Cost: $6.99 plus $3/item (Free Shipping on orders over $120).
Delivery Time: It takes 15 - 21 days for delivery.
Note: At the moment, our shipping cannot deliver to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If there is no information available yet, it simply means the carrier has not processed your package. Tracking events will populate once scanned.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the service chosen.
Note: Transit times do not include the production/preparation time!
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed,” or is deemed undeliverable, we will notify you by email.
Once the package is delivered back to us, we will refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Bank Processing: Once processed, it can take 2-8 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Responsibility: Please ensure the correct address at checkout. TotKind is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you contact the carrier to redirect the package after it leaves our warehouse.
Free Shipping Sales: Orders returned due to address issues during a free shipping promotion will be refunded LESS the standard shipping and handling charges.
If the post office provides notice that the package was lost in the mail, we will be happy to replace and reship the order or issue a refund. Please contact us at cs@TotKind.com.
Duration: Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return.
Refunds: A full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Delivery status is sometimes updated in advance. If it doesn't arrive shortly after being marked delivered, please reach out to us at cs@TotKind.com.
